Available openings sometimes fill up before you can complete your appointment.

Online booking for the interpreting service is closed 5 days before the test day, at 16:00.

Online booking for the test without the interpreting service (Japanese language only) is closed at 14:00 on the test day. However, it is possible to make an appointment by phone, if there are still openings.

Interpretation by a friend or any acquintance is in principle refused.

If you need language support, a Japanese-English interpreter will be assigned to help you talk to the staff. The interpreter will meet you either face-to-face or online via the tablet. Please understand that you cannot choose the method.
